At Nickscurtis, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased on nickscurtis.com.
You may return most unused, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nickscurtis.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Final sale items, clearance products, and personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
